Memory Groups

Our memory groups are designed for anyone diagnosed with dementia. For people at the moderate to severe stages with their carer. These session are more relaxed than traditional CST but still incorporate some traditional CST activities. They are held weekly, over two hours however attendance can be on a casual basis. The memory groups are also a good for those who have completed CST and would like to continue with less intensive group sessions.
